What's Happening? (Label Update: Spring 2015)
Hello NexGen Music Family! :)
We are ecstatic to announce the release of a bunch of new projects and material this month from the NexGen camp:
The highly anticipated EP featuring the delightful sounds of legendary vocalist Dee Ellington, written, produced and engineered by Rob Sparx. The release also sees the NexGen debut of new artist Soulful Nature.
Also touching down this month is Neveready's'Rejections: The Remixes' EP1, who blessed us with the original 'Rejections' LP back in 2012, which was nominated for an independent award in his home country of Finland the same year. This EP is the first installment of remixes taken from the original LP, courtesy of L-Wiz, Johnny Wahna, Vessa Matti, Undersound, Puisto-Osasto, Bob Citrus, Stene & Dullatron, Faible & Konfusion.
Next up is Cutworks, coming straight at us from the Russian Federation with the (super) highly anticipated 'Soulroot' EP, a 4 track masterpiece featuring different styles of Drum & Bass and more. We've had a lot of requests for this release, and were happy to finally deliver!
Our favorite Welsh Wizard Undersound delivers us a tantalizing multi-genre, downtempo-style EP entitled > 'Goodbye Fools' with tracks featuring the sublime vocals of Triple Dot Beast and Claudia Price. This EP blurs the lines between underground and mainstream, making for great listening, dancing, and head nodding.
